What is StorageCone?
A content and media management platform. Store and back up photos, videos and files at full quality in folders, and find them again by name, date, type, camera or face.
How much is free?
5 GB, with every feature and no card needed. Add a storage plan when you need more space.
What do paid plans include?
More space. Every plan, free included, has the same features: folders, search, smart albums, People, share links, Trash and connected apps.
Can I pay yearly or in USD?
Yes. Plans come monthly or yearly (yearly costs less), in INR or USD. Indian prices exclude 18% GST.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime, from Storage & billing. A bigger plan applies straight away. When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if I go over my storage?
Uploads pause, and your files stay as they are for 14 days so you can add storage or free up space. After that, files over your limit move to Trash.
How long do deleted files stay in Trash?
7 days. Restore anything from Trash until then; after that it is deleted for good.
Which files can I upload?
Photos (including RAW), videos and other files, up to 5 GB each. Upload whole folders and they keep their structure.
Are my files private?
Yes. Only you see your library. Share links show only the folder you share, and you can turn a link off anytime.
Can other apps use my storage?
Yes. Apps you sign in to with your Cone ID can work from your StorageCone library, with one storage balance across them. You see each connected app in Connected apps and can disconnect it anytime.
Can I download everything?
Yes. Download any file or folder at full quality, anytime.
