1. Create your account
- Choose Start with 5 GB free and create a Cone ID, or sign in with the Cone ID you already have.
- Your library is ready straight away with 5 GB of free storage. No card needed.
- Add more storage anytime from Storage & billing.
2. Upload photos and videos
- Press Upload, then drop files or whole folders. Folders keep their structure.
- Files can be up to 5 GB each, including RAW photos and videos. Uploads carry on while you browse.
- Keep the tab open until the upload panel says it has finished.
3. Organise and find
- Make folders and move files between them. Search, sort and filter by type in any folder.
- Smart albums group photos by camera, lens and date from the camera data. Nothing is moved or copied.
- People groups faces across your library. Name someone once to find them everywhere.
- Deleted files go to Trash for 7 days, so you can restore them.
5. Storage and plans
- Storage & billing shows what is using space: your library, connected apps and Trash.
- Pick a bigger plan anytime, monthly or yearly, in INR or USD. Every plan has every feature.
- If you go over your storage, uploads pause and your files stay as they are for 14 days. After that, files over the limit move to Trash.
- Cancel anytime: your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
